Customer Rating: Summary: Love's Abiding Joy Comment: Loved this movie....Nice to see there are still movies being made that illustrate character and christian values.
Customer Rating: Summary: A movie even your Grandmother would like to watch Comment: Love's Abiding Joy is a movie that the whole family can watch. No sex, blood baths, or swearing. My teenage boys even enjoyed watching them, as it has a sense of realism. You could also classify this as a "chick flick" if you have the girls over. The evolution of the family growth in the series is worth watching.
Customer Rating: Summary: mike speaks Comment: We loved this 5th film of the series. locations, script and acting very good for a Hallmark production.

Customer Rating: Summary: Love's Abiding Joy Comment: Love's Abiding Joy is an excellent movie about a family's belief's in their faith. It show's how they have the heart to love other people by taking in children and finding them when they are lost. The issue of money was never an issue because they did things out of love and their faith in God. It show's a community sticking together and helping someone when it was needed.

Directed by Michael Landon, Jr., this fourth installment in Janette Oke's beloved "Love Comes Softly" series is now a satisfying, heartwarming feature. Following a treacherous journey West, Missie and her husband have set up a homestead where they've begun to raise a family. And now that a railroad line connects the states, Missie's father is able to visit. But when the joyful reunion is interrupted by tragedy, the faith and love of this family is once again challenged in a story you and your family will never forget.
